Annabelle's Signature - The Making Of

In the making of yesterday's card I needed Annabelle's signature to make it special.  Below is the illustrated guide.  Enjoy!

1. Grab a not so thrilled Annabelle

2. Create inside sentiment with enough space for paw print

3. Clean paw with baby wipe

4. Put paw on ink pad and press

5. Take inked paw and press on inside sentiment

6. Check to make sure signature is valid

7. Put paw on baby wipe to prevent the spread of ink

8. Look at all the nice paw prints and smears

9. Wash paw with soap and water

10. Dry paw and reassure pup that nothing of value went down the drain

11. Let very patient and well behaved pup outside to enjoy nice sunny day
Note the pained expression on Annabelle's face

Thanks from Pet

Today's thank you card has a little story behind it.  My husband's grandma suffers from arthritis pain and our 3 year old dog Annabelle suffers from it as well.  Annabelle was diagnosed with arthritis as a puppy.  Recently it is so bad that she was unable to walk a mile without a lot of suffering. We took her to the vet and she is on what we call "happy" pills to lubricate her joints.  We told grandma about Annabelle's suffering because we knew she could relate.  Imagine our surprise when we got an envelope addressed to Annabelle, grandma sent her a get well card.  In return Annabelle and I created her a thank you card.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.
