House-Warming Card

Today I created a card for my sister and brother-in-law.  I wanted to create a house-warming card that could be something to be framed as well.  I found a design at American Crafts Studio and tweaked the dimensions to fit my needs.  The card base is very simple and will work for many different type of cards.
